Assembly instructions for bulkheads.
Notes:
All top panels and end panels are 3/4" thick.
All side panels are 1/4" thick.
All top panels are 4' long except filler.
Screws for end panels are 1-1/2" self-tapping phillips pan heads.
Screws for sides are 3/4" self-tapping phillips pan heads.

Step 1. Bolt your bulkheads together using the 3/8" x 4-1/2" bolts, washers and nuts.

Step 2. Add the 1/4" thick side panels using the 3/4" self-tapping phillips pan head screws
            before installing washing machines.

Step 3. Have an Electrician and Plumber make the final connections to the electrical boxes
            and the water lines.

Step 4. Add top panels, using the 4' long sections first and ending with the filler panel.

Step 5. Using the 1-1/2" self-tapping phillips pan head screws, screw on the end panels
            making sure you have a 3/4" reveal on the top and equal reveal on both the sides.
